Family Manufacturing Lab

$0.00

Family Manufacturing Lab is a hands-on, solutions-driven space built for custom manufacturing challenges—where ideas are tested, processes are refined, and products are brought to life.

Our capabilities span plastics manufacturing, machining, digital fabrication, and applied testing. From injection molding and extrusion to CNC machining, laser cutting, 3D printing, and fixture fabrication, we bring together the tools and experience needed to support everything from early-stage concepts to production-ready solutions.

What sets the Lab apart is our integrated approach. We don’t just make parts—we solve problems. Past projects have included designing and fabricating custom fixtures, developing simple motor control code for precision testing, executing controlled test methods, and collecting and presenting data to support customer decision-making. When a project requires multiple disciplines, we connect them seamlessly under one roof.

The Family Manufacturing Lab is also intentionally evolving. We continually evaluate new technologies, equipment, and processes, and we approach each opportunity with an open mindset. If a project demands expanded capability, we’re willing to explore new tools, methods, or investments to make the solution possible.

If you have a challenge that doesn’t fit neatly into a standard process, we’re ready to talk. The Lab exists to explore what’s possible—and then build it.
